This came up on one of my social media feeds and had me researching more about my tree sign. Not sure of who was the artist of this Celtic Tree Zodiac but it is beautiful. 

Kazoo! Print Expo

I will be at the Kazoo! Print Expo in Guelph, Ontario tomorrow with some copies of Bebe Pies 💖
I will definitely have issue 1 available and, hopefully, some copies of Issue 2. Fun Stuff! Looking forward to seeing all the beauty on display at the expo. My zines will be available at the Invited Ghosts table.

Slow Gardener

 I am a slow learner and have often felt great shame at this fact. At times this has lead me to be rather defensive in situations where I felt that I was not adequately prepared. Slow learners can grow anxious when attempting new endeavors. I will read, plan, and then halt new projects over fears that I am not capable or not ready to execute a new project. This is not to say that I have lived an entire life in fear of anything new. I suppose it all comes down to needing time to learn, read, and unravel ideas at my own pace. I can become overly cautious about starting new enterprises. I fear failure and embarrassment. It is true that we learn from our mistakes, but we are also ridiculed for them sometimes rather publicly. The next stage I am planning for my life is full of learning and will undoubtedly overflow with mistakes. I am relearning how to embrace the earth around me and work with it to create a small space of growth and life. Being a slow learner, I have come to understand that all my previous experiences, both academic and lived, have been leading me here. I plan to record my progress, failures, and triumphs as it helps me reflect and learn from the process and not just continually force myself forward without appreciating the lessons as they are unfolding.

If you decide to read along (or have randomly come across this page) I hope you will be kind towards the mistakes I share.
